RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We personally check every item that is packed and dispatched. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return your goods for a refund or exchange provided you email us within 5 days of receiving them. We get them back within 7 days and in perfect original sale-able condition, with all tags attached. Items must not have been worn, damaged, marked or have perfume, makeup or tan residue. Shoes must be tried on soft surfaces as we cannot accept shoes returned with sole markings or scratches. If our return requirements are not met we reserve the right to deny the return.
AFTERPAY - Items purchased using Afterpay cannot be returned for a refund unless deemed faulty.
FREE SHIPPING - If you received free shipping on your order that you are returning $12.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover the original shipping expenses.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges with the exception of faulty items, or if the goods differ from what you've ordered. For your protection, please be sure to return your goods via tracked post as Vic + Velour will not take responsibility for any undelivered merchandise.
Please note: For 'change of mind' return we do not refund the original shipping fees.

SALE, PERFUME and JEWELLERY ITEMS or any discounted items are deemed final, please choose carefully, we do not offer a change of mind refund, exchange or credit note (unless faulty).

Dispatch + Delivery
We ship express at a flat rate of $12.95 under $250, please keep in mind we are regional and in some cases there may be delays with postage. This may be due to external factors and Vic + Velour can not be held accountable for these delays. A copy of your receipt will be provided as a hard copy upon receiving your purchase. It is important to hold on to a copy of your receipt should you have any problems with your purchase or wish to refund your purchase.
Vic + Velour will not be liable for undelivered parcels once they have been dispatched. If you have concerns please use the registered post option.
